Calm Natural Ltd. is a small, family-owned business founded by George Esser, a philanthropist with a desire to see people live fulfilling, healthy lives. George aims to educate people about health by producing quality health supplements. He is deeply committed to helping the community, and has founded and runs a shelter for the homeless. Calm Natural also operates as ITL Health in North America and in Europe.
Currently, George’s two daughters are at the forefront of all operations at Calm Natural, while he focuses on optimizing the company’s manufacturing process to eliminate waste (be it in packaging, transport costs and energy). He is constantly researching eco-friendly solutions to support production and distribution of our product line.
Calm Natural Ltd is headquartered in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. We started out with a focus on selling in Europe as we saw the need for a quality magnesium supplement in that part of the world. We entered the UK and Ireland markets with our flagship product, MAG365. This earned us awards and commendations and we soon became the top-selling magnesium supplement in the UK and Ireland. From there we have expanded to other countries. Today, our products are manufactured in Denmark and Canada, and sold in many parts of the world.
Our European market is served by our manufacturing facility in Denmark. We are in the process of setting up a manufacturing facility in Ontario, Canada to service the North American market.
Every product we sell undergoes a three-step process of quality assurance. First, we manufacture Calm Natural Ltd in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) facility that is audited annually by a third-party auditor, to ensure compliance with the latest safety and manufacturing regulations. Second, we test every batch that we manufacture to ensure that our customers get the high-quality products promised to them. Lastly, we periodically invite a third-party company to test our products for purity.
Giving back to society: First and foremost, we believe in giving back to society. A business needs some money to be viable, but there is enough wealth to go around. Donating to worthy causes helps to redistribute resources. We also treat our employees like family and have a low attrition rate that we are proud of.
Customer focus: Customer satisfaction is a key focus area for us. We try our best to ensure that our customers have a great experience with our products from start to finish. We hope to give them an experience they, hopefully, will never forget.
