General Terms
All products sold by ITL Solutions are shipped the next business day. We strive to get the products to you as quickly and as efficiently as possible and try to get it out the same day if we get your order before 2pm EST. ITL Solutions is a North American company and currently ships all its products from Toledo Ohio. At the present time, all the products are manufactured in the US. International (non-North American) orders vary from country to country. Most international destinations work well without any complications. Email us if you need any additional information.

We ship most orders the same day if the order is received before 2pm EST.
We can ship USPS but prefer not to as it is hard to track and harder to provide good customer service

UPS, DHL or Postal Service Expedited $12.00 + $8.00/lb
We have experience which service to use for the different parts of Canada so it is our discretion which service is best.
Shipping costs to Canada are much higher to take care of broker fees, Canada Food and Inspection requirements and other costs to land the product in Canada.
