We no longer plan on using USPS

We recently have had too many non-deliveries for USPS (United States Postal Service). We want to give good customer service and we have no way to track a USPS shipment. It will show that the parcel reached some postal station and then we will see no further details. Our policy then is to just ship the product out via UPS. USPS seems to be hit or miss and when you're running a business, that type of service is just unacceptable. So starting immediately, we will keep USPS but add a surcharge to cover the times we need to re-ship the products out at our expense. The only place we will encourage to use USPS is for the non-continental states like Alaska and Hawaii and for military shipments.
